Creativity lives inside of each of us! You don’t need to be “good” at drawing or writing to access your creativity. Even if you haven’t had a creative thought since you were a kid, it is still there, waiting for you to come back.
With technology disrupting our ability to think, and the frenetic pace of modern life fracturing our wellbeing, it is understandable that we have lost touch with one of the greatest sources of energy, possibility, and vitality we have—our inherent creative spirit.
Sharpening our connection to ourselves through journaling is scientifically proven to relieve anxiety, create clarity of thought and action, reinforce and expand feelings of well-being and safety, and amplify meaning and connection in our daily lives.
All it takes is a pen! Join me and bring your doubts, questions, problems, anxieties, and messy, complicated lives—and I’ll teach you how to break down the confusion. Through thoughtful prompts and gentle restorative movement, I will guide you along the path to greater clarity, ease, and lasting peace within yourself.
I’ll have everything you need for class, just bring a willingness to try something new. Hope to see you there!

The workshop is inspired by Noelle's teaching of mantra studies to individual students over the past few years who have requested that she turn these teachings into a weekend group workshop so all can benefit. Sound and Mantras can be cathartic. These modalities of practice have the power to change one's life by creating a deeper level of focus, bringing the sacred into everyday life, and helping us find clarity.
Each session will begin with an uplifting all-levels Bhakti Vinyasa practice easily modified to meet the needs of each student. During the Vinyasa flow, Noelle will weave in the stories and Mantras of the Hindu Deities (the gods and goddesses within the Hindu Pantheon), to complement the concepts we will be learning and practicing as a group. Students will have full permission to honor their bodies at all times. Following the Yoga practice, we will engage in learning and practicing the art of sacred sound vibration called Mantra. In each meeting, there will be discussion, open sharing and dialogue, and a group practice with Mantras specifically chosen for the workshop.
This workshop is for open-minded students who:
-Wish to learn about sound medicine and its positive benefits on body, mind, and Spirit
-Enjoy creative, dynamic Vinyasa Yoga for all levels
-Desire to learn about Bhakti Yoga and its practices of Devotion, including Kirtan- call and response chanting
-Are looking for practices of connection- to Self and a community of like-minded individuals
-Want to have FUN and laugh while learning about Vedic Wisdom and Yoga Philosophy
The workshop is not recommended for those new to Yoga, as the asana practices will not be focused on breaking down the alignment of the postures.
