Open to students who want to elevate their level of practice and extend themselves physically and mentally. Challenging postures are introduced and elaborated, with a focus on methods and techniques to develop steadiness and ease in the Vinyasa flow. Plenty of variations will be given to accommodate all levels. Important to be confident enough in your own practice to listen first and foremost to your own body amidst a room of multi-leveled yogis. Not for first time practitioners.
