Egy funkcionális edzés, ahol a TRX-en kívül akár más eszközöket is használ az edző sokszínűségétől, kreativitásától, eszközállománytól, céltól függően.This class gives you all-round training: besides it develops the strength and the endurance, it corrects the coordination with complex movements. Each exercise moves the abdominal, the back and the pelvic muscles, strengthens the ligaments. It is intensive, having strong afterburner effect (the calories burn for 24-48 hours after the training).
The exercises can be more and more difficult and can be varied anyway.
The training is recommended for anybody regardless the age, the gender or the fitness level – it is enjoyable and varied.
