You confirm that all the details you have entered are correct and you are aware that your account can be deleted without notice if this is not the case and e.g. an incorrect email, age or name has been provided.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Furthermore, you confirm that you do not have any physical or mental health conditions that affect your participation in the classes.

In attending any classes at Rört, you agree that you are undertaking a form of physical exercise which has an inherent risk of injury. You declare that if you have any serious medical conditions, especially heart related, you have previously consulted your physician and that he or she is not advising against you taking part in the different classes.

 

Furthermore, it is your responsibility to inform the teachers at Rört of any injuries or serious health conditions before you participate in any class.
You agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Rört ApS or its members, owners or staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

 

It is your responsibility to keep your contact details and your payment information up to date. Please log in to your account to make changes or inform us via email.

 

We reserve the right to take photos and videos at Rört and during Rört activities, and to exhibit, broadcast and distribute these materials on our social media, website and other media.

We do not assume any liability for your personal belongings at Rört or while attending an event organised by Rört, nor for any items at our Lost and Found box.
