I agree that the Comox Valley Evolution Fitness Studio Inc (DBA The Studio Comox Valley aka “The Studio”) herein referred to as The Studio, is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I further understand that there are risks associated with any exercise program and fully accept responsibility for all damage, loss and costs I incur from participating in any of The Studio’s Bikram Yoga, BYX, Barre, Barre Burn, HIIT, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Yoga classes, be they in-studio, via virtual live stream, video on demand or by any other means (stored media (video and/or audio), social media etc.) In the interest of upholding a safe environment for myself and others while participating in classes at The Studio, be they in-studio or otherwise, I agree to familiarize myself with ALL of The Studio policies and to faithfully follow ALL instructions given to me by the qualified instructors as to how to safely perform all yoga postures, exercises and exercise routines. I do hereby waive and release all rights for damages I may accrue against The Studio and any of their partners, instructors, employees, contractors or subcontractors while partaking in any and all forms of activity, instructional or otherwise and I understand that I am to receive instruction in yoga and fitness theory and exercise and will not hold The Studio to any higher standard of care than that applicable to a school of yoga and fitness theory, instruction and exercise.
