Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding my participation at YNG Studios:

1. Assumption of Risk: I am voluntarily participating in yoga and fitness classes that involve physical exertion. I recognize that these activities carry inherent risks of physical injury. I am fully aware of these hazards and agree to listen to my body, respect my physical limits, and rest whenever necessary. I understand that following instructor guidance is vital, and any deviation from such instruction is at my own risk.

2. Medical Consultation: I understand it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to starting any physical fitness program. I acknowledge that yoga is a supplement to, and not a substitute for, professional medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

3. Physical Condition: I affirm that I have no medical conditions, serious illnesses, or physical limitations that would prevent my safe participation. If I have any such conditions, I agree to notify my YNG Studios instructor before class begins.

 

4. Pregnancy Notice: If pregnant or postnatal, I verify that I am participating only with the full approval and prescribed direction of my physician or obstetrician.

 

5. Release of Liability: I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge YNG Studios, its owners, officers, employees, and teachers from any claims, demands, or causes of action resulting from my participation in any classes or programs. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury or property damage sustained on the premises.

 

6. Minor Participants: If I am under 18 years of age, I have disclosed this to the studio. A parent or legal guardian must also sign and date this waiver to authorize my participation.

 

7. Right to Dismiss: I understand that the instructor may, at their sole discretion, ask me to leave the class if my behavior is found to be disruptive to others or the studio environment.

I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a binding contract between myself and YNG Studios, and I sign it of my own free will.
