• Member knowingly and voluntarily ASSUMES ALL RISKS of his/her use or misuse of any of the equipment or facilities of SPIN Community & Fitness, recognizing that ALL PHYSICAL EXERCISES MAY INVOLVE POSSIBLE INJURY. It is expressly made a condition of membership that the MEMBER WAIVES AND RELEASES SPIN Community & Fitness FROM ALL CLAIMS OF EVERY KIND FOR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE occasioned by Member’s use of SPIN Community & Fitness facilities and/or participation in SPIN Community & Fitness programs.

• Member hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless SPIN Community & Fitness from and against all claims arising out of the Member’s use of SPIN Community & Fitness’ facilities and/or participation in SPIN Community & Fitness programs. Member acknowledges that (s)he has examined the facilities, found them satisfactory and authorizes SPIN Community & Fitness from time to time, at its discretion, to add, delete or modify the facilities, services and equipment from what they are as of the date of the Contract.
