In checking the box below I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself to and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participation in any way at ASK Fitness programs and/or other services, the undersigned does release, waived, discharge, and covenant not to sue Advanced Sports Kinetics, their respective administrators, directors, agents, instructors, other employees of the organization and owners, from demands, losses, damages, on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of ASK Fitness or otherwise. I agree that ASK Fitness is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I  am in the fitness center or attend class. I understand that classes at ASK Fitness may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
