COVID-19 Safe Studio Policy
Here at The Studance Lab we are committed, first and foremost, to the safety and wellbeing of our entire Studance Lab community, staff, students, parents, family members and friends. We have covered almost every scenario imaginable to ensure we can provide both our staff and families with the safest environment possible under the current climate. If you have any concerns with any of the requirements and policies, they must be sent to us via email and a resolution sought before your child is able to enter the studio. Any student showing respiratory symptoms of any kind MUST NOT attend classes.

Student Pick-Up & Drop Off | Late Pick Up
Children that are 7 years old and younger need to be escorted by a parent/guardian into the studio and brought to their appropriate classroom. All parents are responsible for making sure that their child safely enters our studio, regardless of their age. Students are NOT allowed to be dropped off at the curbside with the assumption of a Studance LAB staff being present. Dancer’s will not be allowed to enter class if they are more than 15 minutes late. Parents/ Guardians are to be at the studio at the dismissal time for their class. A courtesy call should be made if the Parent/Guardian of the student will be late, to drop off or pick up, so the instructor and student can be notified in a timely manner. If a parent is late for pick up, a $15 fee will be charged to your account for every 10 minutes past the class end time.

Lost and Found

The Studance LAB staff will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. There will be a lost and found bin at the studio and any lost items will be placed in the bin. Parents are encouraged to come into the studio to retrieve lost items. We will donate any items left in the lost and found at the end of each month. We recommend you put your child’s name on all clothing, bags, coats, and dance shoes. Leave any valuables at home.
