We highly recommend you consult a doctor prior to using an infrared sauna. It is always important to maintain proper hydration levels before, during and after IR sauna therapy. We highly recommend drinking a minimum of 8oz of water and having something to eat prior to your session.
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19 outbreak, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is believed to be highly contagious. As a result, governments at all levels and related health agencies recommend social distancing, and the use of certain protocols relating to cleaning of surfaces and wearing of facial masks in the presence of others.
Perspire Sauna Studio Costa Mesa has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Use of our facilities could increase your risk of contracting this disease.
INFRARED SAUNA AGREEMENT/ ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Please consult your physician if you are in doubt regarding your ability to use the infrared sauna for health reasons.
- The use of drugs, medication or alcohol prior to or during the sauna session may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness.
- Guests using any medications must consult a physician or pharmacist prior to use of the sauna.
- No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the infrared sauna unless accompanied by a supervising adult.
- Discontinue the use of the sauna if you feel light-headed, dizzy or heat exhaustion.
- Sauna sessions should be limited to no more than 40 minutes and temperatures must stay below 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pregnant women should consult their physician prior to use of the sauna. Excessive body temperatures have a potential for causing fetal damage during the early days of pregnancy.
- If you are late for your appointment, time will be deducted from your session.
- If you book an appointment and are unable to make it you must call to cancel within 2 hours of scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations will result in a $20 Late Cancellation fee and will be chaged to your card on file.

No Shows will result in a $20 No Show Fee and will be charged to your card on file.
- All guests are only allowed (1) 40 min sauna session per day maximum (not per studio).
- No inappropriate behavior or activities will be tolerated. Guests can be asked to leave without refund at any time.
I acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident or death, which may arise from the use of an infrared sauna. I and any of my heirs, executors, representatives, or assigns hereby release Perspire Sauna Studio and its owners, officers, employees and agents from all claims or liabilities arising in connection with my use of the far infrared sauna and from any advice provided by any Perspire Sauna Studio party. I agree that this Agreement / Acknowledgment is in effect for all far infrared sauna sessions and will not expire unless specifically requested by either party. In addition, Perspire Sauna Studio is not responsible for any damage to any personal electronic devices used inside the sauna, or lost or stolen items.
By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge also the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to COVID-19 by use of these facilities, and that such exposure may result in illness, permanent or temporary disability, or death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to COVID-19 at Perspire may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Perspire staff and employees.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept full responsibility for any injury or illness to myself, On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless Perspire, the owners of this Perspire unit, its employees, agents and representatives, of and from any and all claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions or negligence of Perspire, its employees, agents and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after use of the studio.
